The best practices regarding the use of propane, an exceptional energy is to get educated about the operation and built-in safety features of your propane appliances. Your gas supplier has important safety information. The number one pamphlet is the “duty to warn.” It is complete with safety procedures and a scratch and sniff to let you know what propane smells like. An annual pressure test, completed by a gas service technician will ensure the integrity of your system. It is a 10 minute test using a water monometer and is the service man’s diagnostic tool.
